Great location and very nice amenities. We felt the price was exceptional for the quality provided.

Meh. Bathroom tile moldy and gross. Water wouldn't drain from tub so we stood in water that was from a nasty clog after 15 seconds of showering in room 425. Husband slept horribly on the bed. AC was cold. Kids wouldn't eat the breakfast. We are supposed to stay at this chain at another location this summer. We will cancel that reservation. Room was modern and staff was friendly, but we will not be back.

My wife and I stayed here recently for three nights as my niece was getting married. We woke up Saturday morning to an incredible amount of noise from the room upstairs, at 6 AM. Boots clomping around, there was no going back to sleep. The shower water was incredibly irregular, oscillating from lukewarm to scolding hot with no visible means of control. The sink in the bathroom absolutely was wretched, when we would bend over to brush our teeth, you would have to plug the hole. That was the overflow drain. It smelled like rotting garbage. There was no bathroom fan. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best, we ended up downloading movies at a friend’s house and watching them later because we could not rely on Netflix. I brought this to the manager’s attention via their survey, and I just received a thank you for letting us know, sorry it ******, hope to see you next time type of reply. There are the hotels in Pueblo that we will be exploring now, this place has arrested on their laurels way too long Ken Hutchison 720-425-2407

The hotle has nice rooms and pool area. However, I noticed almost 100% staff turnover from last visit and the staff had absolutely no proper training or compensation. Beds comfortable, but really poor sound proofing between rooms. We stayed 3 nights and never had room refreshed. .

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Spacious room. Beds too soft for our preference but nice variety of pillows. Fabulous shower!! Decent breakfast. Friendly service. Would definitely stay here again. Would recommend driving to local restaurants over walking. Streets nearby are a bit sketchy but we had absolutely no problems.
